Refund policy

At Red Box Restoration, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@redbox-restoration.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products 
  • Hazardous materials

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges

To get a different item, return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
