You get baker’s chocolate and caramelized sugar up front, then that warm spice, caramel, and dark chocolate situation that feels like a hug from someone who also ignores speed limits. This is the coffee for when you’ve got stuff to do but still want a little edge. Not as aggressive as the Bitterroot “I haven’t slept since Thursday” blend — this one’s more like, “I pay my bills… but I also have a parts spreadsheet.”
Sourced from Central America, roasted in the USA in small batches by people who have actual certifications and clipboards and probably a favorite thermometer. It’s still Specialty Grade Craft Coffee, still serious, just tuned to that all-day, refillable sweet spot.
